Melton

An ideal fabric for making men’s and women’s coats (in the heavy version) and suits (in the light version). It has an average wool weight and is warm and soft. It has a characteristic of being partially felted with a texture which is barely noticeable. It owes its name to the English town of Melton Mowbray, where it was produced for the first time.
